Mix the butter and sugar in a mixer. Add the eggs and molasses and blend.
Mix all dry ingredients together.
Slowly add the dry ingredients and blend in the mixer until thoroughly blended.
Refrigerate dough for 1-2 hours, or overnight.
Preheat the oven to 350F and add parchment to a large cookie sheet.
Roll the cookie dough into 1.5" balls and place, separated, on the baking sheet.
Bake for 10-11 minutes, watching carefully. Make sure not to overbake.
