Keto Chocolate Mousse with Raspberry Drizzle
Today I’m sharing a simple and absolutely delicious Keto dessert recipe; Keto chocolate mousse with raspberry drizzle. A perfect Keto friendly dessert recipe for your Easter meal.
I have to confess that I’m not actually a huge dessert fan; more of a savoury person. All the salty things are my favourite. And cheese. But there are a few simple desserts that I do really enjoy, and a light and flavourful chocolate mousse is one of them. Perhaps because I can remember my Mom making us a delicious chocolate mousse every once in a while for our Sunday dessert as kids. Or perhaps because it’s just enough… a little touch sweet but without being too heavy.
What I especially like about the chocolate mousse recipe that I’m sharing today is that folding in the stiff egg whites makes it much lighter and more airy, but retains all the delicious cocoa flavour you could want. And my favourite desserts always feature a bit of fruit, so a few little raspberries and a touch of drizzle on the top of these is all you need to freshen up the chocolate.
A perfect dessert combination for spring! Plus, it’s super quick with only 4 ingredients, and Keto friendly…
My husband and I started following a Keto diet several weeks ago after a good friend of ours and our sister-in-law have both experienced amazing success with the diet plan over the past several months. We have been really happy with how easy it has been to adapt to, as well as with how it has made our energy levels so much more steady throughout the day.
It has also been a fun challenge to experiment with new ways of cooking, and I’m excited to share a delicious and super easy dessert recipe with you today. This Keto Chocolate Mousse would be perfect for serving as an Easter dessert, but it’s quick and simple enough to whip up any day of the week.
I added a slightly tart raspberry flavour to it by warming some frozen raspberries up in the microwave and simply drizzling them over the top of the dessert. I added a few of those raspberries to the top, and they were delicious to eat along with the flavourful chocolate mousse.
If you are looking for a low-carb Keto friendly dessert, then I highly recommend this one! This recipe can definitely be made ahead of time. I divided the recipe into six servings, and wrapped them and kept them in the fridge overnight for a couple of days. We can’t wait to make another batch of it!

-
Use your mixer to whisk the whipping cream to stiff peaks.

Add in the cocoa powder, sweetener, vanilla, and dash of salt and mix on low.

Hi honey how mant carbs per serving.
The recipe for the Keto Chocolate Mousse with Raspberry sauce looks good but isn’t there an ingredient missing? There isn’t an amount for cocoa powder in the list of ingredients but yet in the directions, it says to add the cocoa powder in with the sweetener.
Thank you Elaine! Not sure how I missed that! I just fixed it – it should say 1/4 cup + 1/8 cup unsweetened cocoa powder!
I love that this is Keto friendly! I pinned it to my recipe board so I can make some. Thanks Krista!

Thanks Jen! It’s super delicious, too!
