Hey neighbor! 🙂 I actually took my dad and mom up there to a bluegrass festival in Maple Ridge! My dad is a banjo player and they love those festivals but he hasn’t been able to drive long distances for a few years so I took them. They loved it and I actually did too! We really are pretty close – if you are ever south of the border or I get up north, let me know and maybe we can meet up for coffee or something! 🙂 Sharon

Hi Sharon! I remember reading that you were from Seattle – maybe in your ‘about’… it always feels so nearby us – we are on Vancouver Island and there is even a ferry from Victoria to Seattle that I took when I used to live in Victoria. Seattle is such a great city!! And the shopping…. Did you retreat to BC to escape all the Canadians shopping at the outlet malls before back to school?? (haha). We are practically neighbours!
